Preparation time 3 minutes (once peach puree is prepared day before)
3 Fresh ripe peaches (you can substitute with process peach puree)
4 spoons of sugar
1 Bottle of Prosecco or Sparkling Wine
Day Before Preparation:
Wash and peel peaches, cut into wedges add sugar and puree in blender or food processor until is completely broken.
Boil puree until cooked completely and cool off in the refrigerator.
First, add 2 ounces of peach puree into a flute, preceding with 4 oz of Iced cold Prosecco or Sparkling Wine
Ingredients may be simple but the combination is beyond delectable. Optional finish off garnish cocktail with a sliced of unpeeled peach.
Stir when ready to drink
