Competitors have a chance to earn bronze, silver and gold medals that are acknowledged by the American Culinary Federation. We will also serve complimentary refreshments throughout the competition.

Details:

1.       There are two culinary groups.  The Associates competition starts at 6AM  and will end at 8:30AM.  The Chef competitors start at 8AM and will end at about 11:30AM

2.      At the same time, we will also have a Mixology Competition with bartenders from our restaurants starting at 10:30AM.

3.      The awards presentation (and fanfare) will start at 12:30PM.
