University Payroll Deduction

Selecting this option authorizes the University of Southern California to deduct University Club food and beverage charges and dues from your monthly payroll. The first 3 months of club membership are free for eligible USC employees who are first-time members. Payroll deduction of dues will commence automatically at the end of the free period unless a cancellation is submitted in writing to the University Club business office. By submitting this application, you are agreeing to these conditions.

Departmental Requisition

Your dues will be paid by USC departmental requisition. You understand that your membership will be automatically renewed annually and charged to the USC departmental account provided on the original requisition at the beginning of each fiscal year unless a cancellation is submitted in writing to the University Club business office. A reminder of this will be sent to members prior to the beginning of each fiscal year to confirm this arrangement, or to provide an opportunity to convert your payment method to personal payroll deduction. By submitting this application, you are agreeing to these conditions.
