General Info

Per the State of California and LA County Department of Public Health, all campus events or gatherings have been suspended. For the current status of events on campus please visit theĀ Events & Activities Page

Hours of Operation

We are open for banquets and catered events Monday through Friday, starting at 7:00 AM. Weekend and after hours events are available by special arrangement. However, overtime charges will apply for evening events when classes are not in session and for weekend events.

Please note we need 72 hours advanced notice for events requiring event space and 48 hour notice for catering service.

Our Banquets and Catering team are in the office from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to assist you with your orders and events.

Service Charge and Sales Tax

All events are subject to 20% service charge and current California State Sales Tax. Service charge is based on the final food and beverage consumption.


We ask for an estimate of the number of guests at the time of booking. Your confirmed headcount is required three business days before the event. Please note that you will be charged for the guaranteed number, even if fewer people attend.

Food and Beverage

All food and beverage must be supplied by the Amy King Dundon- Berchtold University Club of USC, with the exception of wine and dessert. If you plan to bring in outside items, you must arrange to do with our Events staff and there is a $10.00 per bottle corkage fee and a $2.95 per person charge for any desserts not provided by the University Club.

Non-Member Usage

Non-members may use the Club facilities if sponsored by a member. A completed Banquet / Catering Request Form must be submitted with the sponsor’s name and phone number before we can confirm your reservation.

Sponsored events are subject to certain rules and conditions as outlined in the form.
