Monday July 7th-  Corn Dusted Fried Soft Shelled Crabs with Tropical Salsa, Black Beans and Fried Plantains
Tuesday July 8th- Buttermilk Fried Soft Shelled Crabs with Honey Mustard Barbeque Glaze, Pickled Green Tomato Slaw and Sweet Potato Fries
Wednesday July 9th- Tempura Fried Soft Shelled Crabs with Ponzu, Sweet Potato and Black Rice Pilaf
Thursday July 10th- Panko Fried Soft Shelled Crabs with Heirloom Lettuces, Mt. Rainier Cherries, Toasted Almonds, Sweet Onion, Daikon and Cherry Balsamic Vinaigrette
Friday July 11th- New Orleans Style Soft Shelled Crab Po’ Boy with Lettuce, Mayo, Tomato and Sliced Pickle on Crispy French and Chips
